To embark on the Chitwan Highlights Tour the best time of the year is the dry season which falls from October to March, during this time the weather is most favorable for outdoor activities. During this season the skies are clear and the temperature is pleasant ranging between 20 to 25 celsius, making jungle safari, canoe rides and bird watching tours enjoyable. Wildlife sightings are also more frequent as animals gather near water sources and the dense vegetation of the monsoon season has subsided. This season sees very few mosquitoes and insects ensuring a more comfortable experience in this Chitwan Highlights tour journey. Avoid visiting Chitwan during the Monsoon season as heavy rain can make trails muddy and limit access to certain areas within the park.
